Live Offer & Lender Submission
Once your offer is accepted, we submit your mortgage file to the right lender for full approval. We advocate on your behalf and keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Final Approval & Legal Signing
After the lender reviews and approves your file, we help wrap up any final conditions. Then you’ll meet with your lawyer to sign the closing documents and get everything in place for funding.
